Organisation

Quaggy Development Trust offer a range of services for children and families in the west of Greenwich and North Lewisham. We run an area of Children’s Centres, Counselling Services, Older People’s lunch clubs, as well at two youth clubs.

Purpose/Objective of the Role

We would appreciate a volunteer to add value to the youth club, working alongside Quaggy Development Trust staff and taking part in activities with the young people who attend the youth club, acting as a good role model, and encouraging involvement of the young people.

As with every other aspect of volunteering across the trust, we would aim for this to be an enjoyable experience, and one that you would be able to get some personal development from. E.g. to gain some experience towards becoming a youth worker. We would also love to hear from any experienced youth workers, who would just like to volunteer some time for charity and the welfare of young people!
